“EQUINOX2026” Camper Enrollment Discount – Terms & Conditions

  1. Offer Period
    • This limited-time offer is valid for camper enrollments made between 04/01/2026-04/30/2025. Enrollments completed after this date are not eligible for the discount.
  2. Eligibility
    • Limit one discount per camper.
    • Returning families only.
  3. Discount Details
    • Eligible families will receive a $200 discount off standard camper enrollment fees.
    • Discount applies only to base tuition for one camper and does not apply to optional add-ons, transportation, merchandise, or other fees.
  4. Redemption
    • To receive the discount, enrollment must be completed using the discount code “EQUINOX2026” and deposit payment submitted by 11:59 PM on April 30, 2026. After this time, the discount and code expires and cannot be applied or extended under any circumstances.
    • Discount cannot be applied retroactively to enrollments made prior to the offer period.
    • Offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or referral credits.
  5. Non-Transferable
    • This offer is non-transferable and has no cash value. It may not be sold, traded, exchanged, or rolled forward.
  6. Cancellations & Changes
    • If an enrollment is canceled, any refund will be processed based on the amount actually paid, less the applicable cancellation fees, and the discount will not be reissued.
    • Camp reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.
  7. Agreement
    • Participation in this offer constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
