Priority Re-Enrollment Offer Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility: The Priority Registration benefits (2026 Locked-In Tuition Rates and the $100 Public Review Credit) are exclusively available to registered families of the 2026 summer season.
2. The Window: Benefits are strictly tied to the Priority Early Registration window available to 2026 returning families until August 15, 2026. Applications submitted after 11:59 PM on August 15 will be subject to standard 2027 rates and will no longer be eligible for the $100 Public Review Credit.
3. The $100 Public Review Credit:
   1. Limit one (1) $100 tuition credit per enrolled camper, per review. 
   2. To redeem, a public review must be posted on Google, Yelp, Facebook, or equivalent public platform within the same priority early registration window.
   3. Parents must email a screenshot of the review to [email protected].
4. Exclusions & Limitations: Priority credits and locked-in rates are non-transferable between families, hold no cash value, cannot be rolled over to 2028 or future seasons, and cannot be applied after the priority early registration period concluding on August 15, 2026.
5. Standard Policies: All standard Mountain Meadow Ranch deposit requirements, sibling discounts, and cancellation policy schedules apply to 2027 registrations.
